Been getting really pumped about the upcoming Dark Knight. Heath Ledger *sadness*. Anyway thought I'd give ol' Batsy another try. I like it. Tear it to hell for me and give me insight.
I like to put the pupils in. I don't really like a hero with a mask and no eyes. With the exception of masks like Spidey's, the only one it really works for is Wolvie. And that is when he's gone on a rampage. It's just how I do eyes. But thanks. I would like more criticism. lol

I agree with this is an amazing drawing of Batman! All the proportions and representations are right, but when Bats has his mask on you never see his pupils (when drawing him), it's just White there, maybe that would make this work better...
He's the goddamn Batman His right shoulder seems a little small in comparison to the rest of his body, and it may be just me, but I think his torso is a little short (though I've never been too good in that department myself, don't trust me). Other than that this is really awesome. The shading's really spiffy, especially on his chest - I'm freakin jealous.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
